| Welcome
to the Intermediate Lessons in 3D
Studio MAX ( 3ds max ) |
Welcome
dear friend - to the Intermediate
lessons in 3D Studio MAX
( 3ds max ). Here I'm
going to give you much
more advanced lessons
compared to what you learned
in the Basics lessons.
This page simply outlines
what we are going to do
in this intermediate stage
of lessons. Ok? |
|
Now
that you have got a good understanding
on the basics of 3D Studio MAX
( 3ds max ), we are changing the
mode of training a bit. In this
stage, each Chapter will be a
continuation of the previous one.
We will start creating a scene,
modeling each component that makes
up the scene and by the time we
finish the Intermediate stage,
you will have completed a whole
scene consisting of a number of
objects, texture, lighting and
all. Each Chapter covers a particular
aspect in the scene - for example
lighting. The scene that you would
complete by the time you finish
learning the Intermediate stage
is shown in the figure to the
right |

We
start by modeling a table
and vase using primitive
modeling in Chapter 5 |
|
|
|
In Chapter
6, we model
a duck using primitive modeling
techniques |

|
|
In Chapter
7, we create
a room and assemble all
the elements to form a complete
scene |
|
|
|
In Chapter
8, we learn
more about texturing and
materials |
